A tracking number will be sent to your email when your items have shipped, you may find that some items in your order ship faster than others. Split packages are common as some Items ship from our printing provider others are shipped from our Warehouse. 

+ Canvas orders usually ship within 3-5 business days via FedEx or USPS.

+ Paper prints usually ship within 2-4 business days via FedEx or USPS.

+ Other products usually ship within 5 business days via USPS or UPS.

+ Stretched Canvas are only available for domestic shipping. International orders please select rolled canvas or Fine art paper option.

+ Drew Brophy & Son of the Sea, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages and is not responsible for the re-production of the content(s) in the lost/stolen/unclaimed package.

All orders within the continental US are shipped via USPS priority mail or first class with the exception of large stretched canvas pieces, which are shipped UPS Standard Post or UPS ground. Once processed, priority packages will arrive within 1-3 days in the continental US.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. If ordering international, simply place your order as normal and our shipping calculator will automatically adjust the rate based on the contents of your package and destination. Delivery times vary based on country and typically range from 7-21 days. 

Drew Brophy & Son of the Sea, Inc. is not responsible for any taxes/ duties that may be assessed by the country to which the item is being shipped.

If the package is refused, your refund amount will be calculated as the total of your order minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will only be processed once the package arrives at our facility and is evaluated for damages.
