The original artwork was painted by Drew on a Lost Surfboard in a collaboration with shaper Matt Biolos.  Drew wanted to re-create the art onto collectible skateboard decks.

Special Features:

• The bottom of the board is the art from the original surfboard.
• The deck of the boards are beautifully stained veneer to match the original color of the back and rails of the surfboard.
• We added an extra special touch with Drew’s laser engraved logo on the deck.

Drew says of his inspiration for The Enforcer artwork:  “Having surfed Polynesian Pacific islands for years, the tiki culture, statues, and carvings left a lasting impression on me. 

I thought of a time long ago when every island was a fortress and outsiders could only arrive by boat. When the locals saw boats coming, they would send their most intimidating warriors to greet them.  

They carried weapons made of koa wood with tiger shark teeth embedded in them. They used them as both paddles and weapons. I imagine every beach being patrolled by one of these terrifying figures, guarding his fruit trees, his family and his way of life."
